We offer two urn sizes: Small (S) and Medium (M). The Small urn is suitable for pets up to 22 lbs (10 kg), and the medium urn is ideal for pets up to 45 lbs (20 kg). If you’re unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.
Are ceramic urns durable and safe?
Yes, handmade ceramic urns are strong, long-lasting, and safe for keeping indoors. They are carefully crafted to protect ashes and serve as a lasting tribute.
Do you ship pet urns internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Each urn is securely packaged to arrive safely at your home.
How long does it take to receive my urn?
Since each urn is handmade and personalized, production usually takes 2–3 weeks, plus shipping time. We always keep you updated on your order’s progress.
Can I request a custom design?
